Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Austin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Take a look at that friendly smile. 😁 That’s the smile of a man who just rescued a Realtor from her own driving skills. πŸ˜‚ After 16 years of driving SUVs, I recently switched to a car and apparently forgot that cars sit a little closer to the ground. One curb later, I managed to pop the lower piece of my car loose. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸš— Thankfully, Mel at Autocraft Bodywerks in Spicewood came to the rescue! He fixed it quickly, took great care of me, and provided the kind of friendly, above-and-beyond customer service that makes you want to tell everyone about it. Autocraft Bodywerks has officially earned a spot on my Spicewood referral list and will be my go-to for auto and body repairs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Mel and Autocraft Bodywerks! And as for me… I’ll be working on remembering that I’m not driving an SUV anymore. Curbs of Spicewood, you’re safe for now. πŸ˜‚

We were involved in a minor fender bender in my wife's Lexus 2024 GX550, and to make matters worse, the other driver at fault left the scene but we were able to catch up to him to get his information after the police forced him to. After that, we had weeks of frustration dealing with their insurance company because they couldn't get in touch with the vehicle owner, so they wouldn't accept liability. After a lot of back and forth, they finally accepted responsibility and approved the repairs. I decided to take my wife's Lexus to Auto Craft because they're a Lexus-certified body shop, and I'd heard nothing but great things about them. I'm glad I did. After the headache of dealing with the insurance company, our experience with Auto Craft was the complete opposite. From the moment I dropped off the car, the staff made everything easy. Magan was friendly, took all of our information, and even referred us to Elektrica for a rental car, which was another fantastic experience. Our estimator, Gavino, explained the entire repair process, gave us a realistic timeline, and kept us informed every step of the way. Both Magan and Gavino communicated with us throughout the repair, so we always kne

Excellent service. I ran over some debris and trashed the underside of my EV. The initial check-in was quick, and after that they worked everything quickly through insurance. They gave me an ETA right after the adjuster finished with them, and the car was ready the morning of the ETA. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

I got in a minor fender bender in my Lucid. They are the only Lucid body shop in Austin, so I had to use them. It was a mixed bag. They were communicative up front and got me in for a quote quickly. The quote ended up very accurate. I engaged insurance and brought the car in. It took 10 calendar days for them to disassemble and get the insurance review completed. Insurance was not the bottleneck, they were updating me daily. Then we went into a dead period of parts ordering. Lucid is terrible about part lead times, but I got almost no communications. I would call and leave a message or talk to someone at the front desk who would say my estimator would call me back about once a week. I never recieved a call back. Ever. I never recieved a single incoming call from them in almost 6 weeks. I did get some text updates, though they never included an estimate of completion. Ultimately, I figured out my car was ready by triangulating their texts ("Parts have arrived, we are beginning re-assembly"), and my insurance adjusters updates. I had to call three times to confirm my car would be available on the final day, and coordinate with insurance myself to ensure everything had been

I recently had my vehicle detailed at AutoCraft Bodywerks south Austin, I followed Edgar from when he worked at San Marcos and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. A special shoutout goes to Edgar, my service advisor, who truly went above and beyond for me. Edgar was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. Edgar took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure all my concerns were addressed, and handled everything with the utmost professionalism and care. The quality of the detail was exceptionalβ€”my truck looks and drives better than new. You can tell the team take pride in their craft, and AutoCraft clearly holds a high standard for excellence! I highly recommend AutoCraft Bodywerks to anyone needing bodywork or collision repair, or even details like me and if you get the chance to work with Edgar, know that you're in great hands. Thanks again to the entire team!
